Figured I would start off the New Year right, get in shape, take my health more seriously. The first 31 days of the year came and went, and I didn't feel a bit of difference. I was determined to get results from consciously making "good" decisions, so I kept dry January rolling straight into February. Another month comes and goes, and still nothing. My mental and physical health remain unchanged. But I was not to be deterred - we head into dry March. As all of you drunk Irishmen know, your god's day is in March.
